By accessing and using the AskFy platform, you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

AskFy is an NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey platform that allows creating public forms for collecting customer feedback. The system automatically redirects customers who give a 5-star rating to Google My Business, optimizing your online reviews.

3. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Use of the AskFy platform is at your own risk. Under no circumstances shall the owners, developers, administrators, or affiliates of AskFy be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption
• Technical problems, system failures, or service unavailability
• Improper use of the platform by third parties
• User-generated content or survey responses
• Privacy violations or data breaches due to external factors
• Legal consequences arising from platform use
• Disputes between users or with third parties
• Issues related to Google My Business redirection
• Changes in Google policies or other external platforms

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

AskFy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Warranties of security or data protection
• Warranties of compatibility with other systems
• Warranties of specific results or business improvement

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not violate third-party rights or intellectual property
• Maintain confidentiality of your access credentials
• Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Respect Google policies and other integrated platforms
• Be solely responsible for content created and shared

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to AskFy are the exclusive property of the developers. Users obtain only a limited license to use.

7. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AskFy owners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform.
